As a last resort & having read testimonials on Roofrite's website I decided to get them in to sort a persistent water leak into my porch from a roof extension. The original builder had not been able to solve despite two visits where work was carried out with promises that the problem was fixed! The team from Roofrite were professional, prompt & considerate when carrying out all aspects of the job from survey, quote to finish. A few lines to say how pleased I am with the roof repairs following the storm damage in Febraury. Your quick response to the problem was fantastic and all the guys did a brilliant job. I really appreciate your ideas in deciding exactly what to do and then Keith, Gary, John and Michael all did great work with real care and professionalism. Keith deserves an extra mention for his concern to solve the tile problems in the best possible way and then matching the repairs to the rest of the roof.
The end result is excellent and solves a 20 year persistent problem with this piece of roof. In that sense, given the result, the storm did us a favour!
I realise how busy you must have been after the high winds and I am extremely grateful that you were able to come so quickly.
